Having begun work early at the age of 15 in a ‘Zi Char’ stall after dropping out of secondary school, Enoch Teo discovered his love for cooking.
At the age of 22, through an unfortunate incident turned blessing in disguise, he obtained a sum of money to start his first business. His two years with reputable F&B establishments such as The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore, Les Amis Group and Michelin-starred Restaurant Andre stood him in good stead in this foray. From “Le Petit Paradis” in 125 East Coast Road, subsequently renamed “Enoch’s”, this restaurant eventually came to be known as “Garcons” from 2015 to-date.
More recently, Enoch has been featured as a celebrity chef in a series of local Singapore TV variety shows such as “Food Struck! 食不可挡 ”, WHAT'S IN THE FRIDGE? 冰箱的秘密 and “Buzzing Hawkers”.
In addition to building a successful culinary career, Enoch is extremely passionate in helping youths and ex-offenders who struggle with a life of crime. Having overcome the stigma and challenges of rehabilitation and reintegration into society, Enoch believes in training and mentoring them on the right path.
